Leadership Competency Model Assessment Results
The following results below represent a longitudinal assessment covering three years. In order to ensure reliability and validity, three stakeholder groups were surveyed. In each of the three years of the survey, superintendents, principals, peers and subordinates provided data. The data below is a result of their feedback quantified into two areas: strengths and opportunities. A scale of 1-6 (6 being highest) were applied to answers and averaged amongst the three groups surveyed.
